We are seeking a Software Licensing Executive.
**Brief Introduction**
We are looking for a **Software Licensing **Executive **to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and/or virtual meetings and maintaining good customer relationships.
Focuses are on selling licensing of Microsoft (Azure, M365, Teams, SharePoint etc.) to customers, and leads, drives, and delivers sales and profit goals through the company. Works closely with clients to best manage their licensing and help customers evaluate and understand how to purchase and maximize licenses for their technology solutions
As part of your role, you will also position yourself to identify potential upselling opportunities from our company’s portfolio of services and offerings to existing customers that you manage.

**What You Need to Do?**
- Be the Primary Sales responsible for growing Microsoft CSP Licensing in the company
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our licensing offerings and services using a playbook, battlecard
- Strategically drive new business in select strategic CSP customers
- Answer questions about Microsoft CSP Licensing
- With a strong focus on Customer Success, target and cultivate a professional and consultative relationship with the customer by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the customer within their industry
- Accurately document and report on all opportunities using various sales reports and CRM
- Intake and process orders accurately and timely
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to present/assess the status of all existing pipeline of leads, opportunities as well as potential future target companies and pursuit strategies. Accountable and willing to go the extra mile to meet an ambitious sales target
- Effectively and efficiently carry out duties of contract management and on-boarding procedures for new and existing customers
- Licensing & billing management
- Identify potential upselling opportunities from our company’s portfolio of services
- Remains current on latest Microsoft CSP initiatives, campaigns, Product Acquisition programs and incentives
- Provides consultation (optimization, adoption/consumption models) to clients
- Builds pipeline and drive results upon Microsoft CSP Cloud for company
- Provides post-sale support
- Provides Account Executives and their clients with consistent and excellent guidance on daily basis.
- Partners with field software sales representatives as appropriate.

**You will Need**
- 2-3 Years’ experience working with Microsoft Licensing is highly preferred
- Possess a learning attitude to work with regional colleagues in your role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially with Excel
- Ability to learn quickly about the various licensing programs and schemes in Microsoft CSP
- To become an expert in the Microsoft Licensing offerings and programs in CSP
- Ability to describe/explain CSP Offerings to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
- Possess negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
About the Position:

You will provide your month end billing information of your customers to the finance department.
You will report to the Vice President of Cloud APAC, located in Singapore.
