**Job Title:** Software Asset Management Specialist
**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and proactive software asset management (SAM) specialist to lead the integration, optimization, and administration of Flexera solutions for enterprise software license management and asset lifecycle governance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SAM solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and implement customized SAM solutions using Flexera tools such as FlexNet Manager Suite and Flexera One.
  2. Administer and optimize Flexera platforms to support software asset management (SAM), license compliance, and optimization initiatives.
  3. Manage complex software licensing, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
  4. Integrate Flexera with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools such as ServiceNow to enhance automation and data integrity.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, Procurement, Security, and Compliance to gather requirements and deliver customized SAM solutions.
  6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

**Requirements:** A solid understanding of software asset management best practices, license optimization strategies, and major software licensing models is required. Familiarity with integrating Flexera with platforms like ServiceNow within ITAM and ITSM ecosystems is beneficial. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are necessary, along with strong communication abilities.
**Benefits:** This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work from home. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with night shifts as required.
