Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chief Financial Administrator to manage the financial aspects of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with excellent organizational skills. They should also be proficient in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly review and reconcile accounts to ensure all payables and receivables are up to date.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements by following a structured month-end closing process.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Assist in internal and external auditing processes. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Responsible for Singapore Statutory tax compliance, inclusive of preparation of WHT and GST Filing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (preferred).
- Experience of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
