**Job brief**

We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to support the marketing team in planning and producing engaging visual content. You’ll get the opportunity to shape the direction of our team’s social media and content strategies in an up-and-coming industry of play-to-earn gaming.

**Responsibilities**:

- ︎ Brainstorm creative content ideas with the marketing team
- ︎ Produce written and video content for Salad’s social media platforms
- ︎ Develop marketing campaign strategies and concepts
- ︎ Content ideation and creation across multiple mediums i.e video, written and graphics
- ︎ Filmmaking and editing
- ︎ Monitor viewer comments and increase engagement rate across social media platforms

**Requirements**:

- ︎ Knowledge of professional video/ audio editing and post-production procedures
- ︎ Content writing knowledge and experience
- ︎ Proficient at using Photoshop, PremierPro etc.
- ︎ Prior experience producing social media content
- ︎ Ability to create, propose and execute creative projects and campaigns
- ︎ Organizational and interpersonal skills
- ︎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ︎ Ability to multitask

**Bonus Points**:

- ︎ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
