**Trainer (Part-Time / Freelance)**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training sessions (in-person and/or online) for learners ranging from students to working professionals.
- Conduct hands-on workshops on topics such as **Python, AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate), RPA/OCR, workflow automation, and digital transformation**.
- Engage learners through interactive discussions, practical examples, and group activities.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the training team to update and improve course content.
- (Optional) Contribute to curriculum development for new training programmes.
- Training materials will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Prior training, teaching, or facilitation experience preferred (corporate training, polytechnic/ITE/uni lecturing, or private training).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt content for learners with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Passionate about teaching and helping learners reach their full potential.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
