**Job Description**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure Supplier OTD meeting AOP target
- Ensure materials savings (PPV) meeting AOP Target
- Control inventory (raw material & GIT) & minimize E&O at acceptable level to meet AOP target
- Send RFQs to suppliers to support dual sourcing, project transfers and new projects
- Price, MOQ, payment term and shipping term negotiations with suppliers
- Issue POs/RPOs to suppliers for the purchase/return of materials to
- support factory operations
- Manage supplier include expediting deliveries, re-scheduling, submission of OOR as well as quality & documentation issues
- Control aged POs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Min 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment as a Buyer
- At least more than 2 years experiences in Procurement Commodity knowledge
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
- High bias for action, results oriented, self-motivate and independent
- Willingness to assume more responsibilities.
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
