**Senior Buyer, Accessories (Watches)**

Your new job includes
- lead and support Brand negotiations aligned with the Asia Pacific Regional strategy set by the Head of Department to ensure that Heinemann continues to be a stable and reliable Brand partner while also ensuring that Heinemann achieves the most competitive and favourable terms and conditions.
- maintain a positive and fruitful partnership with Brands to support our Customers’ preferences, needs and requirements through our local Retail and Distribution entities and partners.
- identify and analyse trends, including competitors’ analyses and industry’s latest news, to ensure that strategies and plans implemented are relevant and appropriate to the Asia Pacific market.
- define merchandise strategies to meet the Company’s financial targets and productivity metrics which includes performance, sales, inventory, receipt, and margin goals.
- provide technical and professional expertise when supporting the category for new projects and tenders.
- communicate, inspire and motivate Team Members by providing timely and relevant business information as well as sharing knowledge and expertise to the over-all Team to achieve the Category’s set objectives.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business, or any related discipline with at least 5 years of practical experience in a Purchasing function preferably within the Retail industry and/or within the Fashion and Accessories category.
- proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
- strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to sustain long-term relationships.
- good business and financial acumen attention to detail resulting in an organised day-to-day management of the team, and external stakeholders.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- a strong and reliable leader with the ability to mentor and develop Team Members.
