**Position Overview**:
Science Centre Singapore is dedicated to the promotion of interest, learning and creativity in science & technology through imaginative and enjoyable experiences, and to contribute to the nation's development of its human resource.-
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Your key responsibilities include the planning and execution of sales strategies of the department’s portfolio of Commercial Projects to clients both local and overseas.You will collaborate with appropriate internal departments and external partners to develop plans to ensure all opportunities to promote the projects are explored. You will also drive sales by performing cold calls to create new business opportunities and to develop/maintain a network of sales channels and business partners to grow sales revenue.
- You will also assist in identifying and generating new concepts, and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement ideas into tangible, meaningful, exciting and educational experiences, keeping abreast of the latest experiential and market trends.
- Other scope of work:

- 1. Planning, logistics and operations of our touring exhibitions.
- 2. Participate in other special projects and events to meet project outcomes as part of multidisciplinary teams.

**Requirements**:
You should preferably have relevant knowledge and experience in sales. Prior experience in similar fields will be an advantage.
- A keen appreciation or curiosity for the sciences with the ability to think creatively and unconventionally is essential for the job. Communication skills, both in written and verbal form, is also essential. In addition, you need to have a good business acumen and be able to write business proposals and make impactful presentations.
- Performing weekend duties (including public holidays) and overseas travelling may be required from time to time.
