**Job responsibilities**:
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Oversee cosmetics product registrations, renewals, regulatory documentation, requirements and regulatory processes.**:

- **Manage the cosmetics registration for both Singapore and Malaysia, with possible additions to manage registrations for other countries in the APAC region (possibly Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam).**:

- **Track and monitor regulatory submissions for all countries in scope, working closely with in-country teams and external consultants.**:

- **Keeping up to date on regulatory changes in preventing any issues or delays.**:

- **Liaise with regulatory authorities on proposals, submissions and satisfying requests or amendments.**:

- **Ability to keep abreast of any changes to legislation, cosmetics standards and any new requirements in the APAC region.**:

- **Assist the Trade Compliance Manager on other trade compliance matters such as import licensing (products other than cosmetics), customs classification, management of audits/investigations, etc.**

**Profile**:
**Key Requirements & Competencies**
- **Exposure within a regulatory role or customs broker role minimum 3+ years’ experience and above in cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.**:

- **Familiar and has good understanding of regulations and standards relating to cosmetics at a regional level (APAC).**:

- **Must have experience submitting cosmetics product notifications to HSA. Plus point if also have experience in submitting product registrations for Malaysia, and any other countries in the region.**:

- **Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a “can do” attitude.**
