**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. **Project Accounting**
- Manage and maintain project accounting records.
- Track project expenses, revenues, and costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile project accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

**2. **Budget Management**
- Develop, monitor, and update project budgets.
- Identify and communicate budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed within budget constraints.

**3. **Payment Projections**
- Forecast project payment schedules and cash flow requirements.
- Analyse payment terms and conditions to optimise project financing.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments.

**4. **Financial Analysis and Reporting**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to project performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project financial performance.

**5. **Stakeholder (HQ) Communication**:

- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors to address financial inquiries and concerns.
- Present financial information and reports to stakeholders clearly and understandably.

**6. **Company’s Financial Accounts (company’s base)**
- Cashflow Management.
- Bank transactions.
- Preparation/Record of Payment/Receipt/Invoice (debit/credit) using QuickBooks software.
- Prepare and submit claims/invoices to clients (either hardcopies or electronically).
- All tax preparation and submission.
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Report.
- Year-end financial closing (with auditors).

Any other financial matters and administrative work.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in project accounting or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
