**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate a strong balance of both commercial and technical acumen in supporting the delivery of revenue to the business
- Work as part of a technical sales team, identifying and qualifying business opportunities.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations and Business Solution Proposal
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets for the region
- Develop new client and partner relationship and expand existing relationships to originate and/or expand sales opportunities through solution selling
- Drive the messaging and value proposition of our Digital services in a client organization
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to position sales and solution material to efficiently create compelling responses for our clients
- Work closely with clients to understand where they are in their Digital transformation journey and demonstrate our capability in helping them achieve their goals
- Work with the client to co-create solutions for their business problems and position our technology accelerators and assets to address specific business challenges and requirements
- Lead deal shaping activities for our Digital practice
- Execute sales campaigns related to Digital capabilities and platforms across existing and white space accounts
- Hire, train, & lead our Customer Partnership & Sales Engineering team members to help close deals
- Develop and help the sales team with new Client relationships and manage those effectively
- Expand our work in new areas of the client’s business through new partnerships and offerings
- Act as a liaison with product management and engineering teams on product roadmaps based on demand
- Plans and prioritizes activities for the team / Meets deadlines consistently
- Manage sales cycles and solution creation during competitive bidding and/or sole-sourced opportunities
- Actively participate in leading regional forums on emerging technology trends to influence key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- 8-10 Years of overall Technology related solution development and consulting
- 6-8 Years of experience supporting consulting and technology sales enabling digital transformation
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as part of technical sales to large enterprises working on multi-year modernization and transformation journey in Asia
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing joint go to market with large scale technology providers and ISVs
- Successfully met or exceeded revenue goals at minimum during the last five years
- Relationships with business and technology leaders in two or more verticals in the region who are accountable for large scale transformation initiatives
**Demonstrate**
- Experience in one or more of the following: API platform and Marketplace Solutions, CX platform solutions, Agile transformation solutions, Test Automation, Mobile Application development, Microservices and containerization solutions, IOT & Data pipelines, Security Solutions, & DevSecOps Solutions
- Experience developing Journey to Cloud blueprints and roadmaps for large enterprises
- Experience with developing solutions in alignment with regulatory requirements in the region for BFSI vertical
- Experience with proposal creation, RFP response development and sales planning
- Experience with implementing POC’s and solution demo to business and technology executives
- Experience in collaborating with partners on digital banking solutions to deliver platform capabilities in alignment with the transformation objectives of large BFSI companies
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communication skills at the leadership level within a client organization
- Experience with technology training and enablement of Sales engineering, Customer, & Partner teams
- Experience with bringing customer requirements and feedback to the product management and engineering teams through various channels
