**The Employer**

The Employer is part of one of Indonesia’s largest diversified conglomerates with interests traditional as well as high-tech sectors, including IT, Telecom and Media. The company also has strategic investments in several large tech startups in the country and is now planning to bring a set of fintech startups under one umbrella. It is looking for a Group CEO to build and drive the growth of these companies:
**Position**:Chief Executive Officer - Fintech Startup

**Location**:Major City, Indonesia

**Responsibilities**
- Overall leadership, including Business Strategy, Planning, Revenue Growth, Organization Development and Profitability of fintech business(es)
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential M&A/JVs/Partnerships, and new market expansion.
- Develop synergies and integration with Group’s other businesses.
- Build teams (including development centres/service providers/data centres in China/Philippines/Vietnam, and technical/managerial capabilities in various locations
- Closely monitor the performance and provide operational leadership for all of Group’s fintech portfolio companies.
- Maintain strong relationship with business partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data protection standards in all business activities in each country.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering. An MBA would be preferred.
- Proven substantial senior management experience in Fintech, Banking, or other related industries with track record of significant impact and contribution.
- Strong market knowledge in fintech sector
- Ideally, some familiarity with relevant OJK regulations.
- Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking and business development skills
- Highly proficient in English; fluency in Chinese and Bahasa preferred (to set up overseas centres and deal with JV partners)
