As a member of our family-owned business, you will lead the Team and all projects relating to Infrastructure (Windows and networking) initiatives within the Regional headquarters as well as the local Retail entities within the Asia Pacific region. As an Infrastructure and Technical Operations Consultant, you will**Infrastructure and Technical Operations Consultant**

Your new job includes
- manage projects through the entire project lifecycle ensuring the proposal and development of effective solutions that would meet the project objectives and are in line with business and system strategies.
- design and execute short and long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
- manage negotiation with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services secure.
- be responsible of IT related forecasting and budgeting for the financial year, and maintain project actual and forecasted budgets utilizing the various IT systems for requests for expenditures, purchase orders, and invoices.
- plan and organize people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service, in order to improve its quality, interaction between service provider and customers, and the customer’s experience.

What you should bring along
- a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, and practical experience of at least ten years in the capacity of IT Manager role, and minimum four years of experience in leading teams and stakeholders management in the business.
- experience in Cisco hardware and networks is compulsory, professional and technical certifications that include CCNA, ITIL, PMP, Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- strong stakeholders and project management skills and is familiar with industry best practices
- a systematic way of organizing and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach in problem solving, meticulous in delivering results, detailed oriented and possesses an analytical approach while taking initiative and making some decisions independently.
- good written and communication skills with a pronounced can-do attitude, ability to mentor Team Members, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
