Our client is a Global Leader in the Maritime / Shipping Industry with presence across 7 Continents involved in Shipping Construction, Service Management and Operations for the Marine / Maritime Sector.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- The essence of this role will be the overall responsible of personnel matters for on-shore / off-shore seafarer crews.
- Will be responsible for HR related activities such as (but not limited to) Recruitment, Payroll monitoring, MOM Work Pass Application processing.
- Crewing responsibility will includee Seafarer Agreement (SEA) for Marine employees, Crew documentation and recording.
- Handle documentation, movement, transfers, working visa’s into and out of Singapore to other countries.
- Will serve as the HR representative for the crew vessel’s managed.
**Position Requirements**:
- Atleast Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Maritime Business.
- 2 to 4 years working experience in HR Operations in Recruitment, Payroll and more importantly sound knowledge in Singapore Employment Regulations and MOM Work Visa processing.
- Experience in the Marine / Maritime, Ship Management sector is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
