Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in an IT organization within a Payments group, specifically in the role of Functional Analyst, with a track record of implementing leading payment solutions at large multinational banks.

**Key Expertise**:

- Deep understanding of Global Payments Processing and end-to-end Payment workflows.
- Expertise in SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing.
- Familiarity with Clearing & Settlement Systems, including RTGS, Domestic Batch, RTP, and Cross-border schemes.
- Experience with end-to-end IT solution implementations.
- Knowledge of Payment Hub products such as Oracle OBPay, GPP, OPF, etc.
- Proficient in the technical integration and implementation of both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.

**Skills & Capabilities**:

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional components.
- In-depth understanding of Global Payments business and trends.
- Proven experience in functional analysis, design, and data modeling.
- Experience with file transfers across multiple banking systems and payment networks.
- Proficient in interface mapping and integration solution design.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Familiarity with UML and working knowledge of BPMN is a plus.
