Performing computer simulations-based analysis using commercial FEA software, Autodesk Moldflow, CFD software or other similar analysis tools
- Use FEM method to simulate CNC cutting process, optimize cutting path, reduce residual stress, evaluate thermal effect and increase the cutting tool life span.
- Develop time efficient dynamical model for metal process, reduce simulation time period for large scale optimization parameters searching.
- Refine simulation models to improve accuracy of predictions involving activities such as refining model inputs (e.g. materials data, machining data), grid sensitivity studies, exploring efficacy of different solvers etc
- Design experiments for simulation comparison and data fitting, co-work with inspection and precision measurement team.
- Simulate mobile device antenna performance with different casing design.
- Co-working with experiment group, setting up validation scheme.
- Finding critical dimensions, setting up specifications and tolerance.
- Simulate fluid dynamics under multiple circumstances, such as injection molding, metal welding, glue dispensing.
- Developing specific simulation technique for multi-phase manufacture process
- Residual stress evaluation during solidification, heat transportation design and phenomenon analysis.
- Experiment design and co-work with validation team.
- Willing to support overseas process development for short-term assignments

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree, Master or PhD‘s in the field of engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant industry
- Experience in using software such as CFD software, Moldex 3D, Autodesk Moldflow or similar software.
- Possess knowledge in Fluid Dynamics, Product Structure Integrity, Material Dynamics, Electronic communications and Numerical analysis as well as Model development
