**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods.
- Organize inventory within the warehouse to ensure that items are easy to locate and access.
- Track and update inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly recorded in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when items are running low or need reordering.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick and pack items for orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Label products, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring that all orders are complete and accurate.

**Loading and Unloading**:

- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks, using equipment such as forklifts (if trained) or manually.
- Ensure the safe and proper handling of goods to prevent damage during the loading/unloading process.

**Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring aisles are clear, and products are stored properly.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed, including the proper use of equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment).

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for defects or damage before they are shipped out or put into storage.
- Ensure that goods are correctly labeled and match the packing slips or invoices.

**General Warehouse Support**:

- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following warehouse safety protocols.
- Assist the warehouse supervisor or manager with additional tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training may be provided).
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse-based environment with physical tasks involved.
- Regular business hours, with potential for overtime or weekend work, depending on the workload.
- Use of safety equipment is required, including gloves, safety shoes, and possibly a hard hat.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to undergo safety training or forklift certification (if needed).
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and sometimes noisy environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, depending on operational needs.
