**The Opportunity**
- As a Base Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and preparing project equipment.
- Maintaining Equipment to circuit board level.
- Testing of Equipment to MMA and manufacturer's specifications
- Building In-House systems & R&D.
- General warehouse duties.
- Assist Workshop Manager.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our workshop located in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting workshop manager, testing, packaging equipment for projects.
- Managing In-house positioning systems.
- Assisting project managers with project related equipment.
- Implement Continuous improvement of efficiency by utilising technology and streamlining processes.

**Qualifications**
- Degree qualified or prior training in a similar role
- C class driver’s licence
- Forklift licence
- First Aid course
- Portable appliance testing certified.

**Essential Experience**
- Proficiency around computer equipment both hardware and software
- Proficient understanding of Networking
- Clear understanding of electrical circuitry and electrical principles
- Workshop/warehouse experience
- Offshore hydrographic experience (preferred)
- Testing and interfacing survey sensors and equipment (preferred)
- Hydrographic survey software experience (Qinsy, Evia, Starfix etc) (preferred)
- Offshore project preparation from planning to completion (preferred)
