You will exemplify a robust track record in theatre practice/research, fortified by substantial experience in the theatre industry. Your capacity to thrive in a multicultural, interdisciplinary environment, and remain abreast with the evolving theoretical and practical landscapes of theatre, will be key to guiding our students in navigating the challenging terrains of the theatre and performance industry in Asia and across the globe.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and deliver modules in voice training for actors, interdisciplinary practice, professional development, and teaching & learning with a particular emphasis on **Voice training**, **Accent work**, **Actioning for Actors**and **Voice for Southeast Asian actors**;
- Engage in teaching activities and administrative work for 40 hours per week during term time;
- Spearhead the planning, organization, and execution of overseas immersion programmes and local theatre excursions, enriching the learning experiences of our students;
- Administrative support to the School of Theatre, ensuring its smooth operation;
- Play a pivotal role in the regular review, design, and enrichment of learning materials, keeping them relevant and engaging;
- Diligently maintain records to monitor student progress, performance and attendance, ensuring a conducive learning environment;
- Offer mentorship, pastoral care, and career guidance to students, nurturing their academic and professional growth;
- Supervise, manage, and assess students' projects while aiding in the planning and organization of a variety of activities such as performances and masterclasses;
- Forge and nurture connections with local and overseas arts and cultural organisations to secure enriching learning opportunities for our students;
- Undertake administrative duties in alignment with teaching and School or institutional strategic initiatives, contributing to the overarching goals of the Academy.

**Requirements**:

- A Masters's degree in Voice Pedagogy or related discipline;
- A minimum of 10 years’ teaching or relevant working experience in the arts and cultural industry;
- Demonstrated effectiveness in pedagogical approach;
- Positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented demeanor with the ability to ignite a passion for learning among students;
- Exceptional command over written and spoken English;
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
