**UI/UX DESIGNER**

**About the role**

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing seamless and engaging user interfaces for our bond trading platform and financial tools. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create an intuitive and visually appealing user experience that empowers our customers to make informed decisions in the bond market.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **_User Research: _**_Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions. _
- **_Wireframing & Prototyping: _**_Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results. _
- **_UI Design: _**_Design clean, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and provide a seamless experience for both novice and experienced users in the bond market. _
- **_Collaboration: _**_Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately and efficiently. _
- **_Usability Testing & Iteration: _**_Conduct usability testing to identify design issues, gather feedback, and continuously improve the user experience. _
- **_Design Systems: _**_Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components library to ensure cohesive and scalable design solutions across all products. _
- **_Data Visualization: _**_Work with the team to design intuitive data visualizations for complex financial information, making it accessible and actionable for users. _

**What are we looking for?**
- _Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or finance industry. _
- _Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with an emphasis on data-driven design and financial products. _
- _Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or similar tools. _
- _Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. _
- _Experience with prototyping and usability testing to validate design decisions. _
- _Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus. _
- _Familiarity with financial markets, particularly bond trading, is an advantage. _
- _Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. _
- _Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. _
