We are seeking a **UI/UX Designer**with strong expertise in **visual design and motion design**to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually refined digital experiences, taking ideas from concept to launch while ensuring design quality and consistency throughout rapid iterations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute the **end-to-end design process**— from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery.
- Design and refine **UI/UX visuals**that enhance usability and align with brand identity.
- Create **motion design and micro-interactions**using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, and Rive — from simple icon animations to complex scenarios.
- Maintain **design systems**and ensure consistency across digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered design solutions.
- Leverage **AI tools for image generation, rapid prototyping, and visual exploration**, integrating them into product and brand design workflows.
- Ensure delivery of **pixel-perfect, production-ready designs**and assets.

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years of experience**in UI/UX and visual design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in **UI/UX design and motion graphics**.
- Proficiency in **Figma**(design systems, prototyping, collaboration).
- Hands-on experience with **After Effects, Lottie, Rive**or similar motion/animation tools.
- Familiarity with design output formats and handoff processes for development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a **fast-paced, agile environment**.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Bonus: Experience integrating **AI-driven tools**into design workflows.
