Lead the team in Production Line Control
In your new role you will:
- Define the **skills / competencies **needed to develop and foster talents, **enabling production team planning **to strive for **excellence and continuous improvement **.
- **Identify, discuss and analyze problems **related to **‘bottleneck’ equipment / production areas **with relevant departments.
- Pro-actively **initiate **/ **l **ead productive and cost savings projects **contributing to the KPI of the organization.
- Interact with **Business Partners & Resource Planning for demand commitment and delivery **schedules.
- Provide focus and direction to improve the efficiency working with management teams
- Investigate effective ways to reduce scrap, nonconformity and manpower issues.
- Plan and manage manpower to meet department KPI's effectively.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering & Manufacturing Management with 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent knowledge in **Production Management (FIFO, LIFO, CycleTime and Lean Manufacturing Concepts) and cleanroom environment / protocols.**:
- Knowledge of the S **emiconductor industry, manufacturing & industrial engineering / planning practices**:
- Proficient in Tableau and Python Programming. Knowledge of Business Objects will be advantageous.
