Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

Production Reporting: Generate reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management on production status and trends.

Continuous Training and Development: Promote ongoing training and development for production staff to enhance their skills and improve productivity.

Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between production departments, quality control, project, design and other relevant teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Environmental Sustainability: Promote environmentally sustainable practices within the production process, seeking ways to reduce waste and energy consumption.

Problem Resolution: Address production issues and bottlenecks promptly, implementing solutions and preventative measures to maintain a smooth workflow.
