Senior/Staff Manufacturing Integration Engineer - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT/FI, and production, to design, configure, implement, and maintain Lights Out manufacturing systems (e.g. storage system, transport system, remote command centre).
In your new role you will:
- **Automation and Integratio **n: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT/FI, and production, to design, configure, implement, and maintain Lights Out manufacturing systems (e.g. storage system, transport system, remote command centre).
- **Equipment Integration**:Implement integration between systems and equipment, and maintain to ensure optimal performance; Ensure robust connectivity to equipment/manufacturing systems
- **Issue Resolution and drive CIP**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise on manufacturing systems during production;
Analyse operational workflows, identify opportunities, and drive efficiency improvements projects with cross-functional teams
- **Software Development**:Work closely with IT/FI teams to develop and implement customized software solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure software interfaces seamlessly with equipment and data management systems.
- **Data Management**: Define standards and maintain data accuracy in the various manufacturing systems
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of equipment configurations, software integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and process changes. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- **Training and Knowledge Sharing**:Provide training to operating experts and technicians on manufacturing systems
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min **3 years of operation system **in semiconductor **front end environment **is highly preferred
- **Experience with MES ( **e.g, Camstar, SAP, RTD) and **familiar with automation software & protocol (e.g, Puppet, CFEngine, SECSGEM) **is must
- **Scripting skills (e.g, shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)is highly preferred**:
- **Networking knowledge **(Wireless networking, TCP/IP) is an added advantage
- Experience with v **irtualization and containerization **(e.g., Linux, VMware, Virtual Box) will **be an advantage**
