Process Integration Engineer/ Senior Engineer

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is a Joint Venture between NXP and TSMC. We offer flexible and cost-effective semiconductor fabrication solutions by maintaining fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipment automation and proven wafer-manufacturing processes.

We're searching for an Engineer to be part of our Process Integration (YDD) Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

  • Perform baseline defect reduction activities
  • Perform defect excursion troubleshooting activities
  • Create and audit KLA-Tencor tools inspection recipes
  • Handle equipment operation and recipes creation
  • Monitor defect trends / SPC
  • Support / maintain Defect Management Software (Klarity Defect)
  • Assist / support new equipment justification, qualification and release for production

More about you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 1~3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided
  • Technical skills and knowledge: Advance recipe creation skills on KLA-Tencor inspection tools and acquired knowledge in various process modules
  • Strong 8D problem solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Failure analysis and SPC knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge in statistical analysis tools
