**Account Sales Manager**

The client is a Japanese development-oriented company for microelectronics testing, a worldwide leader, especially in the field of Semiconductor testing equipment (Probe card, Test socket). Their global subsidiaries are located in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany, with around 1,500 employees worldwide. Their target is to act closely with our customers, manufacturers for simplifying order receiving and maintenance system. Then, they are looking for an account sales manager who is able to develop and expand the business.

**Your main tasks are particularly the following**:

- Acquisition and having business negotiation with customers in the field of the Semiconductor industry
- Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts
- Presentation of the company’s products to the customers
- Creating offers and have contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements
- Working with the technical support team to resolve technical questions or develop solutions for the customers
- Observing and analysis of the potential customers, markets and competitors companies
- Creating the sales plan and strategy
- Coordinating special marketing activities, such as fairs or trade shows, etc.
- Controlling and supporting the projects according to the customer’s needs
- Coordinating the customer’s orders

**Requirements**:

- University degree or apprenticeship in economics, microelectronics engineering, electrical engineering, and industrial engineering are preferable
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor industries.
- Very good English skills
- Good MS-Office
- and PC-knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet
- Sales-oriented thinking, strong attention to details, structured and efficient way of working
- Ability to work in a team, self-employed working style, fast learner, good skills, flexibility
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to travel Preferable in addition
- Working experience with wafer test or final test related product for the semiconductor industry is preferable
