**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Overseeing the audio and visual production process.
2. Lead tender response and quotation.
3. Designing, setting up and operating sound and lighting equipment for projects.
4. Providing technical support for productions, programs and events.
5. Recommending and using new technologies to improve work for all employees and executives.
6. Analyzing the operations budget to determine strategies for using technology.
7. Continually develop the process of system configuration, programming and testing.
8. Design and produce testing processes and testing process documentation for factory acceptance, system acceptance, and user acceptance testing. (FAT, SAT, UAT).
9. Reviewing and auditing the process.
**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 12 years’ experience in the Audio / Sound System industry.
2. Possess with audio engineering or related academic background.
3. Possess with PMP, CTS or related professional certification.
4. Must have working understanding of modern web conferencing and live video technologies
5. Must be knowledgeable in audio control systems such as certified or trained in products and equipment’s programming.
6. Experience in leading large, multi-faceted teams required.
7. Experience in all aspects of client & vendor management & partnerships required.
8. Ability to analyse client needs & requests, think strategically, possess business & time management skills.
9. Must have excellent management and leadership skills.
10. Excellent organizational, reporting, and documenting skills.
