Compliance Manager/ Pdpa Experience

**Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy and implementation of the governance, risk and compliance program that operates to identify internal control weaknesses, regulatory and legal risk.
- Develop, review and conduct risk assessment of policies, procedures, and processes to align with the overall business strategy and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide regular update and feedback to management regarding the design and operation of the compliance program, key risks and effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Work collaboratively across all the operations to help improve the Company’s risk management and provide ongoing compliance advisory and support to operations on new regulatory developments.
- Identify, propose, and implement appropriate solutions and compliance assurance systems to facilitate compliance and oversight functions.
- Appointed as the Data Protection Officer (DPO), lead and guide a committee on the implementation of data protection initiatives to obtain and maintain the PDPC trustmark certification and requirements.
- Manage audits and inspections from external parties and ensure findings are remediated appropriately and timely.
- Provide regulatory compliance training for staff.
- Ad hoc responsibilities when required

**Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree or other equivalent professional qualifications with at least 7 years of relevant experience in compliance, operation risk control or audit.
- Good understanding of PDPA is a must.
- Excellent understanding on risk management, internal controls and governance (consultancy experience will be an advantage).
