Singapore Elite Bar Solutions Pte Ltd Full time

**Support the Operations Director on day-to-day execution of beverage catering events and managing suppliers and operation freelancers’ relationship while making sure each event’s requirements are fulfilled.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL SUCCESS MEASURES**
- Coordinate with Business Development team and vendors on event operational specifications
- Day to day execution of events
- Managing crucial relationships with vendors; suppliers and operation freelancers
- Providing on-site event and bar operations execution and management
- Providing on-site event set up/tear down operations support and management
- Provide logistics and supply chain support for event operations
- Providing on-site client management during event

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level / GCE ‘A’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
- Valid WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certificate is a bonus but not necessary
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Able to liaise with non-English speaking clients/suppliers/colleagues is a bonus but not a must-have
- Need to work irregular hours basis event requirements
- Willingness to work in different work environment
- Willingness to work in a physically demand job which would include some heavy load lifting
- At least 2-3 year(s) of relevant working experience in event and bar operations is required
- Able to start work at short notice is a bonus

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- relevant: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
