**Position Summary**

The Plant Contact Engineer will be an integral member of the Singapore Plant Technical Team, driving unit optimization and continuous improvements. This dynamic role is pivotal in supporting production units through innovative troubleshooting, capacity optimization, and strategic project development. Reporting directly to the Plant Technical Leader, this position promises a challenging yet rewarding experience.

- **Collaborative Troubleshooting**: Partner with Operations for effective process troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
- **Capacity Optimization**: Proactively monitor production capacity and recommend impactful actions to bridge gaps.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage stakeholders across various functions such as operations, maintenance, and technology to ensure seamless collaboration, communication, and transfer of technical knowledge.
- **Capital Project Leadership**: Spearhead the development and funding of Capital Investment Projects.
