**Requirements**:
l PhD in in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or Biological Engineering or its equivalent
l Strong background fermentation science and bioprocess development, especially gas or anaerobic fermentation
l More than 3 years of post-PhD experience preferred
l Experience with use and operation of bioreactors
l Adaptable to team-oriented goals and requirements
l Rigorous data analysis, interpretation, analytical and problem-solving skills
l Excellent oral/written communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams
l Strong time management, documentation and organization skills
l Meticulous, attention to details and organized
