**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the digital transformation efforts by providing functional expertise and guidance in the
- development of the digital banking platform.
- Analyze business requirements, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for
- improvement and innovation within the digital banking space.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into
- functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with IT development teams to ensure alignment between business
- requirements and technical solutions, providing guidance throughout the development
- lifecycle.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes for digital banking products and
- services, considering scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose appropriate solutions to
- enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.

- Participate in testing activities to validate the functionality and usability of the digital
- banking platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with change management teams to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of

- within the digital banking domain.

**Requirements**:

- Overall, 10 years experience in banking transformation programs and proven experience
- (4+ years) in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking concepts, technologies, and trends.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and systems, particularly within retail or
- commercial banking.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into functional
- specifications.
- Solid experience in designing end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at
- all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
