Job Description:
Functional Consultant - Payments BA
11-14 years of experience in T24 and Payments domain as a Functional Consultant, with strong Payments domain expertise.
TPH configuration experience is a must for at least one of the following schemes: Domestic, International, and Instant payments.
Prior implementation experience in schemes such as SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE, RTP, BNPL.
Good knowledge of T24 modules including:
TPH, Payments & Standing Orders - SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE
Delivery (Print/SWIFT setup, Swift Messages)
T24 Accounting, Financial Accounting & Reporting - handling mismatches, GL imbalances, position imbalances
Reconciliations
Functional knowledge of T24 modules/AA
Coordinate with clients for requirements elicitation, management, and clarifications.
Ability to independently conduct induction training, analyze business requirements, schedule PLW, conduct PLW onsite, and possess in-depth knowledge of Temenos Payments business processes. Capable of editing flows, convincing clients to adopt OOTB processes, and aligning with bank requirements.
Analyze requirements in detail, participate in gap analysis, and provide comprehensive comparisons with product features, identifying areas for customizations and solution building.
Conduct requirements analysis, provide functional design, and create UI designs.
Perform product configuration setup based on customer needs.
Write detailed functional specification documents, conduct walkthroughs of end-to-end flows, review requirements, and obtain sign-off.
Create product-based KT documents for the customer.
Collaborate with technical teams during design and development, and provide functional support during testing.
Maintain confident and professional communication with business users.
Proficient in MS Office and Visio.
