**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience and 5 years in Precast Facade work experience.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Conscientious, good communication skills and a good team mate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage precast facade specialist contractors.
- Review and manage design and technical issues with relevant consultants and specialist contractors.
- Establish QAQC protocols/procedures to ensure to meet specifications and requirements.
- Ensure submissions and site works are in accordance to contract specifications.
- Ensure delivery of samples, shop drawings, document submissions, BIM models and site works in accordance to project schedule.
- Ensure all necessary authority approvals are obtained in accordance to project schedule.
- Review structural details, connection details and provisions for water tightness, considering with installation method.
- Coordinate all interfacing facade details with architectural, structural and M&E components.
- Conduct periodic technical meeting with consultants and specialist contractors & maintain inspection records and documentation of all completed works.
- Monitor progress of facade fabrication and installation works and communicate and report regularly with the Project Manager.
- Keep track on variation and claims of contract, time and cost implications and report information to Project Manager.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
