**(A) **Job Summary**:
The Project Manager / Snr. Precast Engineer provides management support to the CEO in all precast works.

**(B) **Essential Job Functions**:
The Project Manager / Snr. Precast Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

- Prepare Construction Planning and Cost Estimation for precast works.
- Review documents/ drawings.
- Support the Projects in ensuring proper execution of precast works done.
- Support the Management in overseeing the operations of precast works in Malaysia Office.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

**(C) **Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience**:

- Degree in a Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the precast concrete industry.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in the construction industry.

**(D) **Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities**:

- Excellent knowledge of the outlook of the building and construction industry, particularly the precast concrete sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with local regulations pertaining to building, construction and safety.
- Good knowledge of documentation procedures.
- Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management with exception attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.
- Good presentation skills.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Ability to act with tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Good time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
