**The Company**
The organisation is a large, multi-sector listed conglomerate boasting multiple successful international business divisions. This includes an award-winning Real Estate Development division at its central hub, and which is pivoting towards a new model complete with new business units and integrated solutions which includes sophisticated urban planning, Smart City and Prop-Tech components among many initiatives. In conjunction with its progressive growth plans, there is a need to appoint a number of individuals. This includes a newly-created position of Audit Manager.
**The Position**
Located in Ho Chi Minh City, whilst reporting to an overseas-based Audit Director the Audit Manager will be appointed to cover financial, operational, and IT audits across its Vietnam operation. There will be a need to plan and execute risk-based audits including reviewing the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance. The Audit Manager will identify audit-related issues and assess risk exposure whilst recommending practical and value-added adjustments to improve internal control processes and mitigate any continuation of business-related risk. There will also be engagement in ancillary, ad-hoc duties.
