Key Responsibilities:

- Develop thermal management system design for lithium-ion battery packs
- Prepare thermal management scheme according to system requirements
- Participate in development of advanced battery thermal management technology
- Use computational software to conduct thermal management analysis and model built-up for battery system
- Prepare technical requirements and design verification standards according system requirements
- Conduct virtual design verification for the thermal performance of developed thermal management system
- Responsible to prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings
- Responsible to prepare design progress document and final report

Job Requirements:

- Research or working background in lithium-ion battery product development and production is a must.
- Experience in computer-aided design and numerical simulation for lithium-ion battery pack is required.
- Familiar with CAD software like SolidWorks, ProE; and CAE simulation software like COMSOL, ANSYS.
- Understand development progress of battery system product
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Independent and can work well with a team
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
