**Scope**
- Distribution of all incoming documentary credit, advise on amendments required of each Letter of Credit, keeping track of negotiation and manage discrepancies on L/C
- Risk Management: Confirmation of letters of credit and sell credit risk for avalized drafts to our banks including negotiate risk prices and follow up on confirmation letters
- Update on IFS System all documentary credit and Risk information
- Establish workable bank with RMA for all potential documentary credit and collection bills.
- Actively working with all CSR on preventing discrepancies in L/C negotiation
- Discounting of Trade Finance products
- Ensure all procedure check on approval of payment term under collection bills
- Handling of Bank Guarantees and support issuance of import Letter of Credit, Standby L/C SBLC and bank guarantees
- Forecast cashflow positions and assess liquidity needs to ensure sufficient funds available to meet ongoing operational requirements
- Handling of bank loans/credit facilities
- Intercompany loans
- Internal interest invoicing and circulate monthly interest internally
- Monitor Accounts receivable past due reporting to credit managers and follow up with sales organization
- Follow up on payment reminders to customers
- Debit overdue interest
- Follow up of foreign exchange contracts and handle extensions/buy outs
- Regular reporting on liquidity aspects of its short
- and long-range planning
- Observe and maintain a system of policies and procedure that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
- Updating of credit limits
- Manage compliance checks to make sure all our counter parties are in compliance with our sanctions policy.
- Follow up on overdue customer invoices
- Reporting to insurance companies of A/R and overdue customers
- Support in organise Internal Trade Finance training
- Support Compliance Management - Send material/reports Finance head office on weekly and monthly basis
- Support Trade Finance related projects or corporate initiatives
**Requirements**:

- Min 1 year of experience in Trade Finance Products
- Knowledge of currency hedging and its products
- Knowledge in bank account management and international funds flows
