Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Trade Finance

**Responsibilities**:

- Process day-to-day Trade Finance activities including L/C advising, confirmation, document checking, handling discrepancies, bill discounting, L/C issuance, bank guarantee, etc.
- Provide support and advisory services to the business department, including system improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with banks, HQ, overseas offices, and affiliates.
- Confirm the results of the accounting process for trade settlement and handle bank charges.
- Support trade business from a finance and risk management perspective.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
- Potentially engage in payment check/approval, which may not be limited to Trade Finance.
- Support affiliates in their finance functions and review their finance processes and advise on improvements, including system coordination.
- Identify opportunities to increase automation of finance processes to enhance efficiencies while maintaining quality and controls.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- A few years of experience in trade finance (L/C) and experience in T/T payment is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Possess good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and positive work attitude with high integrity.
