**FP&A Analyst (Contractor)**

**Job Summary**

Delivers monthly/quarterly reporting (P/L & KPI), financial analysis, forecasting/budgeting, operational/metric analysis, Integration tracking and ad hoc reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly flux and reporting pack, including financial and non-financial critical metrics while explaining key variance drivers with insightful commentary & provides improvement recommendations.
- Shares insights with business leaders and Finance management as appropriate to improve business operations
- Assist with special projects that may arise for system implementation, Integration or related programs.
- Utilize modeling skills to support adhoc budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning requests and analysis.
- Provide assistance to Regional CR Finance team in management cadence, including schedule coordination, planning agenda and preparation of presentation material.
- Support regional finance team engagement activities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis or other duties as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills
- Team player, with ability to partner with employees at all levels in the organization
- Independent, results orientated, detail-oriented, able to handle complexity, ambiguity and time pressures
- Experience working on cross functional/region/global initiatives in a high growth, fast paced and dynamic global technology-driven environment
- Understanding of financial management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and valuation principles/metrics
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite of products required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other financial system product experience preferred (Oracle, Hyperion planning, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/Business Administration or related field, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience
