- We are seeking a talented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.**What You'll Love Doing**:

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust three-way financial models incorporating income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and assumptions for accurate financial forecasting.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate financial results, key metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Support ad hoc financial analysis requests and special projects as required.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining complex financial models, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data management platform and accounting software (eg. Xero).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
