This position is responsible for assisting in the Supply Chain Function within Creative Eateries.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform physical stock checks and electronic goods receiving process
- Implement the company’s e-Procurement system
- Preparing Purchase Orders for both internal and external and other related documents
- Coordinating delivery and logistics to outlets, and to book delivery drivers for adhoc deliveries
- Liaise with Accounts, Operations, Outlets, Chefs and Supplier to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
- Conduct evaluation on price increases and quality of suppliers’ products
- Preparing of purchasing orders for kitchen production and ensure all order goods are well received
- Establish good supplier relationships to facilitate the smooth procurement operations
- Ensure all good produced are well labelled (Example: produce date, expiry date etc)
- Update outlets on product changes and information/specifications
- Vetting of orders to ensure no mix orders
- Prepare food tags, menu cards and time stamp are printed before food delivery
- Checking on sales systems and ensure function orders are printed out for the drivers and kitchen team
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounts or Procurement-related courses
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills
- At least one year of full-time working experience
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of initiative and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- 5 Days Work Week (4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend)
- Working Location: Senoko (FoodAxis)
- Possess own laptop
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
Minimum of 1 year(s) experience needed for this position
