Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5.45pm

**Job duties & responsibilities**:

- Maintain **accurate records of inventory levels**, including incoming and outgoing stock
- Coordinate with **suppliers and vendors** to ensure timely delivery of inventory items
- Handle for **sales (Online or during events/fairs), production teams** **and logistic **to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements and generate reports
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent education level in Supply Chain or related field
- At least 1-2 years working experience in relevant industry
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of **jewellery materials, designs, and production processes** is an advantage
- Able to commit on weekends during events/fairs (4-5 events per year, 2 weekends per events)
