**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic account management of assigned brands on e-commerce marketplaces and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with both brand owners and platform partners to build strong rapport and engagement, establish a good understanding of brand performance across all channels and advise on strategies to optimize business growth.
- Monitor & analyze sales, traffic, campaigns and ads performance data to offer insights on strategies.
- Conduct industry and product related market research to gain insights on competition and identify consumer trends.
- Provides general administrative support for the team and all other ad-hoc marketing related work.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in relevant field, with preference in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- 2 years of relevant experience (e-commerce related) in the IT & Tech lifestyle industry.
- You also have a proven track record in driving sales growth with key strategy and plans.
- You must have good analytical skills, attentive to details and good follow-up capabilities
- You must exhibit a clear understanding of Marketplace Tools andprovide situational based feedback.
