**Purpose of Position**
Provide a pro-active and comprehensive service to the customer in all aspects of export and ocean freight forwarding services provided by DSV Air & Sea
**Key Tasks**
- Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct in daily endeavors for DSV Air & Sea.
- Manage block bookings with carriers on key lanes
- Manage allocation with various carriers with considerations on best transit time, cost and customer requirements.
- Timely follow up/coordinate/communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie shipping lines, shipping agents, internal Operations team, overseas offices).
- Prepare and compile sailing schedules
- Prepare reports for space management/utilization purpose
- Provide costs/quotations to internal stakeholders
- Escalation of all impediments to processing to direct reporting manager.
- Adherence to Global standard processes /procedures and to Corporate Standard & Governance policies.
- Participate in company projects and initiatives as required
- Engage and initiate discussion with Procurement team on rates and allocation management
- Backup for the other team members as when necessary
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Adherence to the **Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group**
**Competencies**
- Functional know-how in Customer Service Exports
- Understanding of DSV Export / Import Products
- Understanding of legal/regulatory/statutory environment
