**Pearl Care Monitoring Consultant
The Monitoring Consultant position is an entry levl role, with possibility for development, and we are looking for someone that can do office hours with some rotation and one week per month noon to 9 pm work hours. Currently to over-lap with our European colleagues.

**Job Requirements
We are looking for structured and analytical persons that want to join our winning team, and possess the following qualities:

- Required Language: Very good communication in English, written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Quick and bright analytical skills, we highly encourage independence and pragmatic problem solving when required.
- Able to independently plan and organize work tasks, including delivering accurate and structured results.
- Previous experience/background from OS (Windows, Linux, Unix), DB administration (Oracle, MS, SQL, DB2, SAP ASE (Sybase), SAP HANA) and network administration is an advantage.
- Flexible in regard to working time, meaning there will be on-call times outside of office hours, and again office hours can be flexible to accommodate.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated team working skills as you will be working closely with other team members in Norway and Latvia as well as colleagues in Singapore. We aim to have a fun and healthy office environment and expect staff to contribute.

**Typical work responsibilities include**:

- Monitoring of complete system landscape following work instructions
- Integrating Avantra for our SAP checks and moving daily checks from being manually executed to automatic on this software, tune it, and get the best performance the system can deliver.
- Proactive maintenance activities and actions, described in SOPs
- Bug fixing and support
- Communication with SW supplier (SAP), customers and other consultants (colleagues)
- Monthly reporting on completed jobs, office environment as well as general opinions
- Assist to develop, prepare, and maintain enhancements / policies for hardware, OS service packs, patch updates and/or tools to increase effectiveness of datacentre operation
- Assist to design, develop, and implement monitoring enhancements for improved overall service
