- Our client financial services industry is looking to hire Administrator or office manager to assist in the day-to-day Corporate Services operational and procurement management experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Explore new vendors for soft services in facilities management in new office like cleaning, landscaping, coffee machine including engaging vendors for mock-ups or tasting sessions with all staff to negotiate quotation to the final sign-off.
- Prepare inventory list for existing assets to be sold or given away
- Prepare inventory list of new assets
- Manage payment process for vendors for office move matters.
Facilities / Corporate Services matters
- Creative ideas for staff engagement events.
- Maintains the door access system; activate or deactivate office cards and update card records.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks such as purchase of office equipment, organising company functions.
- Light repair of simple facilities items.
- Proper checks and timely payment of corporate services invoices.
Background and Education:
