Refund / Claims / Accounting Exp Welcome

- Good in Maths

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate cases pertaining to refund matter
- Inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
- Investigate refund disagreements raised by customer
- Attend to enquiries from operators pertaining to revaluation
- Attend to operators request for reports and enquiries on claims/cards
- Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a GCE O Levels with at least a B4 for Maths
- Possess refund / claims / accounting experience is advantageous
- Good communications and interpersonal skills

- Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $2800/mth + AWS + VB
