**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to investigate cases pertaining to refund matters
- Assist to inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
- Assist to investigate refund disagreements raised by customer
- Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a GCE O Levels with at least a B4 for Maths
- Possess refund / claims / accounting experience is advantageous
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit for 3 months to 1 year, depending on your availability
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
