Assistant Manager, Clinical Data Management (3 year renewable contract)

**About SCRI**
The Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI) is the national coordinating body (NCB) for
clinical trials with a vision to establish Singapore as a regional thought leader in clinical
research. This is accomplished through the deployment of innovative technologies and
processes, and strategic coordination of ecosystem capabilities and infrastructure to achieve
synergies that will enhance the clinical research ecosystem aimed towards a healthier
community and better patient outcomes.

**The Role**

To support the ongoing program of clinical trials and epidemiology studies in SCRI. The
incumbent is responsible for ensuring the data quality and readiness for data analysis of the
projects that he/she is responsible for. In addition, the incumbent will assume a mentoring role
with junior staff, lead projects independently and serve as a resource for all team members.
- You will work with the Head of Department as well as internal and external stakeholders

in an independent manner in management of data for data analysis and ensure that
the objectives of all data management activities are met.
- You will also be Involved in the Section’s teaching program and participate in

appropriate clinical forums as requested by department head.
- You will also serve as a mentor for junior team members guiding them through

operational procedures and acting as a resource for questions

**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare Case Report Form (CRF) design and CRF completion guidelines.- To design, prepare, test and maintain the database for assigned projects, as well as
- develop data entry guidelines for projects- To provide training and teach data entry staff.
- To develop and execute validation rules, generate and update queries.
- To work closely with the CRAs and Statisticians to ensure queries are properly
- generated and resolved.- To monitor and report the progress of project activities which are related to data
- collection and data cleaning.- To perform database locks.
- To provide data management input within SCRI as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Clinical Research related field.- Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmacy, life sciences, or other computer related area.
- At least 3 years’ experience in clinical data management / academic research
- Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and a team player

**Company Overview**

The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), a wholly owned
subsidiary of MOH Holdings, was established in 2020 with the goal of strengthening
synergies and promulgating strategies for national-level clinical research and translation
programmes under the stewardship of the Singapore Ministry of Health. The former
